Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out rules applicable to your use of the services, communications, and technology provided by All Airs Home Services (“All Airs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including through our website forms, messaging systems, and customer platforms (the “Services”). The examples described in this Policy are not exhaustive.
We may suspend, terminate, or take other interim action regarding your access to or use of the Services if, in our sole judgment, we believe you, directly or indirectly, violated this Policy or authorize or help others to do so.
We may modify this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. By using the Services, you agree to the latest version of this Policy.

To help protect customers and maintain compliance with industry standards, all communications originating from your use of our Services (including but not limited to SMS, MMS, webchat, voice calls, and other messaging channels) are subject to this Policy.
This Policy outlines rules regarding:

Consent Requirements
Standard Consent:
Before sending the first message to an individual, you must obtain their consent. This consent must clearly explain what type of messages the individual is agreeing to receive.
You are responsible for keeping a record of the consent, such as a signed form or a timestamp of when consent was provided online. Consent records should be retained according to applicable regulations or industry best practices.
Consent applies only to All Airs Home Services and the specific use agreed to by the customer. Consent cannot be bought, sold, or transferred.
Alternative Consent:
If an individual initiates contact with All Airs (e.g., texting for hours of operation), you may respond within that conversation.
If there is an existing relationship (e.g., appointment reminders, service confirmations, receipts), messaging is permitted so long as the individual has not opted out.
Ongoing Consent:
For periodic communications, All Airs will provide clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. We will respect preferences regarding frequency and must reconfirm consent as required by regulations or best practices.
Identifying the Sender
Every message sent must clearly identify All Airs Home Services as the sender, except in ongoing conversation threads where it is already clear.
Opt-Out
The initial message to a customer must include clear opt-out instructions, such as:
“Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
When a recipient opts out, only one confirmation message may be sent. No further communication is allowed unless the individual provides new consent.
Prohibited Content
You may not use our Services, or encourage others to do so, to transmit messages containing, promoting, or linking to:
Unsolicited advertising or spam without proper consent
Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities (including phishing, scams, and “get-rich-quick” schemes)
Content involving child exploitation, illegal substances, gambling, firearms, or other prohibited industries
Harassing, defamatory, obscene, or abusive content
Viruses, malware, or content designed to compromise systems
Attempts to falsify identity or mislead recipients
Evasion
All Airs does not allow practices designed to evade detection or filtering, including but not limited to:
Intentionally misspelled words to bypass filters
Spreading messages across multiple numbers (“snowshoeing”)
Use of shared public URL shorteners (Bitly, TinyURL, etc.). If shortened links are used, they must be through a dedicated domain.
Monitoring & Enforcement
All Airs reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor content sent through our Services and investigate suspected violations. We may block, remove, or disable access to any content or user that violates this Policy.
We may also report unlawful activity to law enforcement, regulators, or third parties and cooperate with investigations as necessary.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, please notify All Airs immediately and provide assistance as needed to stop or remedy the violation.
